I am not sure of what to use. What do you suggest?

1.
Most common type of photo radar.
2.
Use in areas where a front plate is used (mount on front plate). Laser is not shot from the back.
3.
Use in areas where a front license plate is used (mount on front plate). If no front plate is used, you need a radar detector or jammer.
4.
ghostplates.com does not manufacture radar detectors or jammers.
5.
Mount Laser Shield on front plate and Super Protector on rear plate. Get a good radar detector if your budget allows.
6.
Best choice if you do not know where photo radar or photo laser is positioned. Covers all common angles.
7.
Best choice if you want to avoid toll way cameras by "ghosting out" your number plate so it is not readable.

Which Protector Cover should I choose for my car?

It isn't so difficult to choose the right cover for your car, but please be aware that price isn't necessarily a defining factor. The best Protector is the one that is right for the job.

1) Start with the Original Protector that will cover your plate from side angles. It is the best looking cover and hides the whole plate from both side angle views.

2) If you need overhead protections then go one step up and order the Super Protector which covers both side angles and overhead angle. (This can only hides half the plate)

3) If however you only want to avoid gantry cameras such as on freeways then only purchase the Overhead Protector. This will hide the whole plate from cameras looking down at your plate.

3) If all else fails and you need tighter side angle protection for your plate, then choose the X-Treme Protector. It narrows the side angle view and overhead view of you plate. It must be placed firmly up against the number plate in a frame or screwed in plate. (Please ask for this type of plate cover ).
