We at GhostPlates.com use ecommerce software which uses secure server software (SSL) the industry standard. It encrypts your most important personal information - your credit card number, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.

We use a high security link to Westpac Banking so your details aren't leaving the country. We have additional security called a "Card Verification Number" in addition to your credit card number. Without physical access to your credit card this number would not be know.

When you arrive at the page to enter your credit card details and card verifications number. You will notice then that the padlock appears on your browser window frame , so you can be sure that your credit card details are secure and encrypted.

We pride ourselves on our commitment and dedication to all our customers and we assure you of our integrity at all times. We do not, and will not release any of your personal information except under certain provisions of the Privacy Act of Australia.

Comodo Secure Site Seal

To achieve the Comodo Authentication seal GhostPlates.com must satisfy certain criteria to prove that we are registered as a business in the state of Western Australia, and have supplied contact details and address.

We ensure that, in respect to all payment card transactions completed online through your site: None are completed "in the clear", meaning without any encryption security measures;

Most website shopping transactions are conducted with at least a minimum security level using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) with a minimum of 40-bit encryption.

At GhostPlates we have 1024-bit encryption and we do not retain credit card details for any length of time other than absolutely necessary, only two people in our company have access to this area, in fact card details are generally deleted within 24 hours of receiving an order.

No personal information is stored on internet accessed machines

Ensure that, in respect to all payment card data, inclusive of payment card number and expiration date, if data is retained by your site, it is retained in an off line, encrypted environment and that you take appropriate measures in protecting the physical environment of the data storage device and restricting access to the actual data to essential personnel.
